1. Data we process
Novixo may process account information, email addresses, authentication metadata, API key metadata, assigned public addresses, transaction records, balances, webhook delivery logs, billing records, and operational logs.
2. Data we do not collect
Novixo does not collect seed phrases or private keys. Owner App vault data is intended to stay under owner control and is not required by the Novixo Core service.
3. Why we use data
We use data to operate the dashboard, authenticate requests, assign addresses, monitor blockchain events, deliver webhooks, calculate balances, manage billing, detect abuse, and improve reliability.
4. Blockchain data
Public blockchain data is visible on blockchain networks and explorers. Novixo may store public addresses and transaction hashes to provide payment monitoring and reporting.
5. Service providers
Novixo may use infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, email, monitoring, authentication, and payment operations. We avoid exposing internal provider details in public API responses where they are not needed by users.
6. Security
We use access controls, internal service tokens, encrypted transport, and operational separation between Core, scanners, dashboard, and owner-side signing flows.
