1. Novixo service
Novixo provides non-custodial crypto payment infrastructure. The platform helps businesses generate and manage payment addresses, monitor blockchain transactions, deliver webhooks, and coordinate owner-side collection workflows.
2. Non-custodial boundary
Novixo does not ask for, store, recover, or control your seed phrase or private keys. The Owner App is designed to run under your control. You are responsible for backing up your seed phrase and protecting the device where the Owner App runs.
3. Account and API key responsibility
You are responsible for securing your dashboard account, owner API keys, developer API keys, webhook secrets, and server access. You must revoke any key that may have been exposed.
4. Blockchain transactions
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Novixo cannot reverse network transactions, recover lost funds, or guarantee confirmation timing, network fees, or network availability.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Novixo for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, phishing, money laundering, or activity that violates applicable laws or network rules.
6. Availability and changes
Novixo may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Test environments and early releases may change more frequently than production services.
7. Limitation of liability
Novixo is provided as infrastructure software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novixo is not liable for lost profits, lost funds caused by user-side key loss, incorrect configuration, third-party outages, or blockchain network failures.
